Thinking about my work......



For a while now I'm starting to form an element of disquiet in thought towards my artwork. I notice at times my work portrays a darkness, a sinister curiosity sitting in the artwork.

Having had a very normal, humble, working class upbringing, I feel I need to justify this work through my background or I need to qualify, in some way, to do this type of artwork. I know its not extreme in the behaviour of the art, but the thought does curdle in my mind from time to time......
